Dr. Vincent O’Malley

Vincent oversees the creation of TII’s environmental standards, ensuring the integration of environmental considerations into road infrastructure projects. He has also overseen the development of TII’s Sustainability Implementation Plan and Carbon Assessment Tool. Currently, he serves as the Chair of the Conference of European Directors of Roads Working Group on Sustainability and is a Governance Board member of the Infrastructure and Ecology Network Europe. Vincent earned his PhD from Memorial University in Canada and has accumulated over 30 years of experience as an environmental specialist across private consultancy, academic research, and the public sector. His career includes various roles in the UK, US, and the Middle East.
