Charles is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has in excess of 25 years’ experience in the construction sector as a Quantity Surveyor, lecturer and policy advisor, with a focus on cost and sustainability. Currently Charles is the Senior Quantity Surveying Technical Advisor to the Construction Unit of the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform
