Olu is a civil engineer and project manager, with work experience across three continents and multiple industries ranging from construction to manufacturing. Olu has worked for well-established multinational, SIKA AG, in China and Africa, and has spent the last ten (10) years in research at TU Dublin. He holds a PhD in Strategy in Construction and currently manages Construction Cluster Ireland, an Enterprise Ireland Funded Cluster.
