Conall is the senior consultant in the RPS sustainability team. Working with RKD Architects, RPS recently developed recommendations on Ireland’s Global Warming Potential (GWP) methodology for SEAI. The new SEAI methodology will define how Whole Life Carbon Assessment (WLCA) is carried out in Ireland.
Conall is a member of the Centre Steering Group for Construct Innovate, Ireland’s National Centre for Construction Innovation. Conall also lectures to MSc students in Technological University Dublin. He recently advised the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment on development of Green Public Procurement measures for low carbon concrete.
A Chartered Engineer and Planner, Conall served as a Board Member and Deputy Chairperson of An Bord Pleanála from 2007-2018.
